Blood pressure is all about the measure of pressure in which blood moves throughout the circulatory system. Without blood pressure, oxygen and nutrients would face difficulty in moving through the circulatory system to organs and tissues of the human body. BP plays an essential role due to the circulation of antibodies. And white blood cells for hormones and immunity like insulin.

First of all why blood is important? It provides nutrients and oxygen to the body. In addition to this, it freshens the blood which then picks the unwanted products of metabolism. Among those unwanted products, of them, Toxins are cleared through the kidneys and liver, and others like Carbon Dioxide which we exhale with oxygen. But why BP increases?  Well, the answer is simple. It happens because of unhealthy choices in our life. And not doing physical activity. but we suggest you consult a Doctor because it’s not always what we think.

For example, if you are a patient with Diabetes then your BP may be caused by it, not because of your other lifestyle. Blood pressure measurement should be your first priority if you are not feeling well. You can observe your blood pressure by age, which means it changes age by age.
